Do I have to learn the online side?
No — that’s the whole point. The listings, the pricing, the guest messages, the platform accounts and the owner reports all stay with us. If you want to learn it later we’ll show you, but nothing depends on it.
Do I have to stop cleaning?
No. For most people the cleaning stays the main income. This just means the properties and owners you already know start earning you more on top.
What if I just want to refer someone?
That’s fine. Plenty of people know a good property but don’t want to manage it. Introduce the owner, get paid, and that’s the end of it if you want it to be.
What do I actually have to do?
Be on the ground. Check the place is right, sort things out when they go wrong, and be the local face the owner trusts. We handle the rest.
Do I need a licence?
It depends on your state, what exactly you’re doing, and how we set the arrangement up. We work through that with you properly before you start telling anyone you work with HostEzy.
Can the marketing carry my own name and area?
Yes. Approved Cleaner Hosts get a brochure, business cards and a digital business card with their own name, phone and area on them, plus their own webpage, like yourname.hostezy.com.au. What carries the HostEzy name is agreed with you during onboarding.
Will I get my own login?
Yes. Once you are approved and onboarded, you receive one private HostEzy login. That is where you access your approved marketing material, local lead tools and the AI Virtual Hosts assigned to you. You do not see another operator's properties or private information.
