We are a family run business and started as everyday hosts, juggling bookings, guest questions, and maintenance while trying to enjoy the freedom hosting promised.
After years of late-night messages and endless admin, we realised two big things:
1) Many short-term rental owners want to stay involved rather than hand everything to a full management company, but they’re drowning in the busywork.
2) Even management companies want to scale or reclaim their free time, yet they too get swamped by the same busywork.
That realisation sparked HostEzy. A way for owners and co-hosts to stay hands-on while we take the busywork off their plate.

We are Kiwi entrepreneurs and property investors who turned over two decades of business and short-term rental hosting experience into a family-run business designed to support other hosts.
We’ve hosted thousands of guests, developed advanced systems for guest communication, and have helped other hosts and property management companies.
