How It Works

We take care of everything from the moment a guest inquires about your property:

    Responding to booking inquiries with friendly, professional communication.
    Managing reservations, payments, and security checks.
    Optimising your listings and pricing to stay competitive.
    Keeping your guests informed and satisfied throughout their stay with our virtual support.

You’ll still manage cleaning, maintenance, and any in-person guest support, so you keep control over the on-the-ground experience while we handle the rest. All rental revenue goes straight to you, and we’ll send a simple invoice at the end of each month based on our transparent pricing:


1-5 Properties

$75/month per property plus

7.5%

of your Monthly Net Rental Revenue


6-20 Properties

$50/month per property plus

6.5%

of your Monthly Net Rental Revenue


21+ Properties

$25/month per property plus

5.5%

of your Monthly Net Rental Revenue
